Client got lost on her way home from a night out and, while trying to find her way, side-swiped a couple of parked cars. She was arrested and taken to the police station for a breath test. The result was .194, almost 2.5 times the legal limit. Client's sister, who is an Overland Park police officer, told her to call Brian Leininger. After investigating the case  Brian found there were no witnesses listed who could testify that his client was the driver. He set the case for trial and the prosecutor dismissed the case when she realized she could not prove her case.
