The Olathe Municipal Court is located at 1200 S. Harrison Street in Olathe Kansas. It has one full-time Judge, Katie McElhinney, and one part-time Judge, Jill Kenney. The City of Olathe employs four full-time prosecutors.
This court is often confused with the Johnson County District Court which is also in Olathe so be sure to double-check where you are supposed to go.
